Revival Running Coaching, LLC offers customized training plans for all types of runners. Whether you just want to get in shape or have a particular race in mind, I can create a customized training plan that will help you reach your goals. I specialize in women’s running and have experience with 5k’s, 8k’s, 10k’s, half marathons, full marathons, and trail running. Customized training plans are created through Google spreadsheets and shared through email.

You may purchase just a customized training plan or a customized training with coaching.  Prices are listed below.

5K through 10K training plan: $75 (10 week plan)

Half marathon training plan: $100 (14-16 week plan)

Marathon training plan: $150 (18-22 week plan)

Coaching: $25/month (with plan), includes:

  • Weekly revisions of customized training plan based on progress
  • Unlimited text/phone/email communication
  • In-person track workouts and long runs (within 1 hour of the Columbia area)
  • Basic strength training
  • Injury prevention exercises
  • Revival Running T-shirt
  • Advice for choosing goal race
  • Race day support (within 2 hours of the Columbia area)
